Tele-Visitation Notice

ATTENTION PATIENTS AND FAMILIES

Out of an abundance of caution, we are suspending in-person visitation effective March 15, 2020, until further notice.

In order to continue to offer an opportunity for you to connect with your loved one, we are making virtual visitation available via Zoom. Visitation will be initiated by a phone call from the patient and he or she will provide you with a meeting number. Please be patient as there are a limited number of connections available at any one time. Virtual visitation will not be allowed during group time and will be limited to about 10 minutes.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please know that we are following CDC guidance, as well as state and local public health departments in order to best care for your loved one during this critical time.

Please follow these instructions to connect to Zoom:

1. On a device with a camera you can access Zoom in one of two ways:
a. Go to the internet and go to https://zoom.us/
b. Download the Zoom app on your phone.
2. Select “Join a Meeting” and then enter the meeting ID provided to you.
3. You will need to allow the Zoom application to access the camera and audio for your device.
