Recovery doesn’t stop when your program ends. Aftercare and alumni support help you stay connected to the people, resources, and support that have already been part of your care, making it easier to continue moving forward after you complete our partial hospitalization program or intensive outpatient program.
Before you complete PHP or IOP, your treatment team works with you to determine the right next steps. Those decisions are based on your progress, current stability, recovery goals, support system, and any ongoing mental health or substance use concerns. Your plan may include continued aftercare services, alumni involvement, or both.
Your needs may change after treatment, and staying connected makes it easier to reach out when new challenges arise. Whether you need additional clinical support, encouragement from fellow alumni, or guidance about your next steps, you’ll have an established relationship with a team that’s already familiar with your care.
