Learn about the Measures The Ridge is Taking to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

***The Ridge allows in-person visits. Masks are required while on-premises. We also will continue offering tele-visitation opportunities.

Covid-19 Safety Protocols

The Ridge is following all CDC, state, and local health department guidelines as part of our COVID-19 safety protocols. We have developed an emergency plan in the event that COVID-19 is found locally in our community or at our facility. We continue to work with the public health department to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community or facilities. All clients are required to have a COVID-19 test upon admission to The Ridge.

The Ridge staff are monitored for symptoms of respiratory illness and are asked to stay home if they are feeling ill. Hand hygiene, facility cleanliness, and sterilization policies have been reiterated and increased.

We have partnered with Clean Technologies to have all surfaces treated throughout our facilities. We chose Clean Technologies to create a long-lasting barrier providing the ultimate clean surface solution.

How Does This Impact Patients?

The Ridge is committed to providing the best residential treatment program in the Midwest. We remain available 24/7 and are accepting new clients. We are taking extra screening precautions for incoming clients.

How Does This Impact Family Programming and Visitation?

We remain ready to accept new patients and allow in-person visits. All guests are required to wear a mask while on the premises. The Ridge firmly cherishes family and knows that family programming, visits, and family sessions are a large part of the success and well-being of our clients. At the same time, the new coronavirus requires us to temporarily adjust our visiting policy in order to keep our patients and visitors safe from infection.

How Does this Impact Ridge Aftercare?

We know that patients who complete the entire aftercare program have the best chance at long-term recovery. We are still conducting aftercare with extra social distancing and monitoring.
