Residential Drug Rehab Indianapolis
The problem arises when we try to provide help for those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol but are not receptive to that help. Families and loved ones can talk to the person, negotiate with them, and even plead with them and beg them to get help. Until the person realizes the severity of their addiction and the danger they are in, as well as the impact their addiction is having on their family, they are not likely to accept that help. At these times, it is helpful to enlist the support of an interventionist, a professional who can mediate talks between concerned family members and the addict, in order to convince the addict to accept help. Once the person agrees to enroll in treatment, the family and loved ones need to move quickly to get that person into rehab before they change their mind.
At The Ridge, we offer professional services that assist families of loved ones, including intervention services. Our licensed and experienced staff can help loved ones prepare what to say when they confront the addict, and we guide families through the intervention process. We also conduct assessments on each enrolling client, in order to determine their need and the level of care that would be appropriate for them. Each person we serve is important, and we tailor each treatment plan for the individual, in order to offer the very best chance at success.
The Ridge is an inpatient treatment facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our state-of-the-art facility offers all the comforts of home. We specialize in opioid addiction rehab but are able to help those struggling with other forms of drug addiction and alcoholism as well.

We are Joint Commission accredited, which means we allow ourselves to be held to the highest standards when it comes to service and safety. You can rest assured when your loved one enrolls at our facility that they are getting the care they need.
One of the strongest attributes of our program is that we offer a completely customized treatment program. We recognize that everyone who comes to our program brings with them a different set of experiences, drug use, family history, and goals. We assess each client as they enroll, so we can recommend the treatment type and methods that will be most effective for them.
There are two main levels of care for drug rehab: inpatient and outpatient. Inpatient is the most structured care, and it provides a safe facility for individuals to live in while they go through the important first few days and weeks of sobriety. Inpatient rehab offers constant supervision and a break away from pressures and triggers of everyday life. Residential treatment is perfect for those new to sobriety that need extra supervision and therapy.
Outpatient treatment is designed for those who are more stable in their sobriety, who can live at home and remain sober on their own. This type of rehab is perfect for those who have been through residential treatment and are ready to start getting back to their lives but still need and want the support and encouragement that comes with regular participation in individual and group therapy sessions.
The Ridge offers residential, or inpatient, addiction treatment in our home-like facility. For those ready to enroll in outpatient treatment, we work with our partner facility, Northland, and refer clients to treatment there.
