The Ridge changed my life. It is the best decision I've made for myself.

Calling treatment centers to explore options for a loved one was really overwhelming for me, but my family knew a must-have of any treatment program our loved one admitted into was a strong family education and support component. The Ridge made the information-gathering process so smooth and so reassuring. The staff answered every question we had, every question our loved one had, and they set us all up with support all the way around, right from the start. From drop-off and intake all the way through to discharge, The Ridge’s team was incredible. Their patience and guidance to / for my family throughout the entire process was truly invaluable. We feel a new level of confidence in our communication with and support of our loved one, as well as an entirely new understanding of the disease of addiction, that we know will set us up for success moving forward.

I don’t have words for the amount of gratitude my family and I have for The Ridge. Our loved one’s treatment process and newfound sobriety - along with their commitment and dedication to staying sober - would be enough in and of itself, but the rest of us had a life-changing experience as well. We learned so much, have knowledge and education around addiction that we didn’t have before, and have found an amazing community of people we’re so lucky to have found. I cannot recommend The Ridge more highly or more strongly for family members seeking treatment for their loved one’s addiction.

The Ridge is an exceptional treatment program with the best team of professionals around. Their approach to recovery is holistic, caring, educational, family oriented, fun, and engaging! The ridge focuses on quality recovery with relapse prevention education, along with cognitive and hands on therapy. I have never felt more at home, more at peace, more safe, more loved, more understood…than when I was at the Ridge, on top of Magic Mountain. I am forever grateful for the Ridge, the entire staff (counselors, RSS, chefs, Nurses…ALL the amazing beings!), and the tools in my toolbox for recovery. The experience I shared while at the Ridge, was truly a blessing.
